Depends on what other players you have. If you have other 3 point shooters, then make the trade. Kidd is an triple double machine, he will fill up your categories. And R. Lewis for Billup seems like a sleeper. Just my opinon, don't flame me if you are screwed by end of the season.
The first deal is ugly. The second deal has potential if you have 1 great and 1 decent assists guy for backup. I like billups a lot, but he missed a step last year, and he has peaked. Rashard played typical numbers today.
