EDIT: I found an older thread discussing this issue. Admins, please lock this thread. What's the status of the TE? Since it hasn't been mentioned in recent media reports, I'm inclined to think we still have it. On the other hand, if Francis was still BYC before July 1, then I don't see how the trade went through without us using most of it. Can anyone confirm whether we still have (all of) it?
