Like I've said before, we ALLLLLLL know it's 3 games into the season. We ALLLLLLL know that unless he gets injured, TMac will get in form by eventually (Hopefully sooner than later. My roommate who doesn't even follow basketball can tell you that.

Right now we're just complaining that TMac hasn't stepped up.. because he HASN'T. Can't we get upset for the losses that could have been prevented had TMac taken over?

Now as for those who wants TMac traded.. they're just.. different. Leave them alone.

Are you serious man?? You need to play basketbal to know this but you need extreme talent and quickness to drive and score consistently in the nba. Something that tmac has apparently lost is quickness and athleticism that many other physical nba players have...so it's not that simple anymore. His shot may be off due to the new nba ball though. He still can pass well but JVG and him need to work on things . Again today, they looked confused in setting up plays..

I am a huge TMac fan, and I think there is reason for concern. You had to know the microscope was going to be on him after last season. There is a huge difference between being a slow starter and being slow. He may come around, true, but he may be limited by the after effects of the injury. Since he is one of the keys to the team's success, I fully expect his game or lack of game to be an ongoing topic of discussion.

Tmac has to show some leadership while he is in this slump, yes he has definitely lost some athleticism and his days of looking like LBJ or Dwade are done. But his FT and shooting % are inexcusable, he needs to take a page from Yao and get to the arena early and stay late and practice, he may be doing exactly that but I want to be reading about it in the Chron.

TMac's history is fine. The only problem is this team wasn't built around him being a max-paid decoy and teams are already going off him when he's having a bad shooting night.

So far TMac's 3 for 3 in that department, and if he doesn't look slow to you - well, God bless all of us now.

I expect there will be anti-Yao threads here coming in abundance, and IMHO Yao's had two sub-par games thus far. The trouble is Tmac's had 3, and he does look like a shell of his former self.

I do think we'll start out 3-7 and JVG is going to be toast. And I think it's going to be ironic that TMac costs him the job.

Hey kobe bryant is stinking up the joint in seattle, i suppose he stinks to. it's no coincidence both tracy and kobe are coming off a substantial amount of time off the court. they'll need atleast a month to get there grove back.

Tracy seems to be a bit less explosive and a little less hops...he may also be adjusting to the weight change.

In any case, he just looks rusty - might be all the time he had to spend off the court to heal his back.

I'm not worries though - we don't need a super sharp T-mac until post-all star break, actually until the playoffs...this team is good enough to get there now as this team is.

no tmac, no nothing... no worries? some of you say only 3 games... 04-05 was 2 years ago... out for half a year last year, 04-05 is a completely different outlook than now.
stop kidding yourselves that anything less than superstar tmac will get anything done

kb at least controlled his shot amount and kept from hurting the team, while tmac is definitely killing Rox with his lackluster performance. that's the difference thought I'm no kb fan.

You know your player is doing terrible when making 3 straight free throws is some sort of achievement...

But his FT and shooting % are inexcusable,

I can understand he do not drive to the rim, But his FT and shooting % are inexcusable.

I like Tmac very much as most Rockets fans (I like sf too). But I don't like what he did in these games we played.
Does anyone notice that when he has chance to pass to yao and yao is one covered He not pass to yao but ask yao come out and screen for him ????
If he is hot, I'm no problem for that but......

I just watch 13 in 35 again. I really miss that Tmac very much.
