Another horrid game for VY. His RBs and DEF have kept them in it. 17-17 headed to overtime now. This is a huge game for both teams concerning playoff hopes.
wasn't it 17-3 10 minutes left in the 4th? i thought Tenn had it in the bag. btw, great comeback by the Cowboys too. they did get lucky on the fumble recovery, but Romo marched them down the field regardless.
so the titans might cost themselves the playoffs by giving up 2 TD in like 7 minutes to an offense they had dominated all day. of course that SD WR dropped that 4th and 5 pass that obviously hit the ground, but somehow they didn't call that live or on the replay. and then the link to the game switches over to NE/PIT so i don't even get to watch it. and the cowboys continue to pull games out of their asses. they fumble to lose the game only to have the DET defender whiff on the ball bouncing perfectly to him and kick it back to a dallas offensive lineman 10 yards away. just like they won the buffalo game on pure crap. oh well.
He had one horrendous pass. Other than that they've been dominating on the ground so no need to pass the ball. Did you watch the game or are you reading stat lines only? He got clocked on a cheap shot by Merriman early in the game.
Jeff Fisher should be fired! How are you going to run it twice on the 1 yard line knowing that if you don't get field position it will be game over!

Chargers baby!!! Gonna need Philip Rivers to play A LOT better than that in the playoffs, but hopefully this will give him some confidence.
left their defense on the field too long. titans had a chance to put it away, vy passes to scaif the defender just puts his arm up and it bounces off his arm and he wasn't even looking. chargers get the ball back, convert a fourth and five on a catch I know wasn't a catch but there was no evidence to over turn it. chargers get ball first in OT drive thirty yards, make an incredible play to pin tenn on one yard line. fisher calls two runs up the middle, left vy third and eight, they don't convert chargers get ball back, defense is too tired to stop them. oh well
This year it is. Last year it wasn't. Last year Vince was instrumental in their playoff run. This year they've been getting out to an early lead and running the clock down.
Screw the Titans. Glad to see them lose. another horrible game for VY6. He now has over 2x as many interceptions as passing touchdowns this season. That ain't good
Roll your eyes all you want, but that was the most boneheaded playing calling ever. I understand that type of call when you are protecting a laed. But this was basically the game. The titians got jipped on that last review too. The camera angles sucked. Nothing the officials could do there, even though they knew it was probably not a catch.
Duh. However it's his second season and as I've posted before, there are numerous great QBs who struggle in their first two seasons.
Exactly. The problem here is that I bet none of these people actually watched the game. Somehow, they're all experts on what happened though.
That playing calling just proves that Fischer doesn't have any confidence in VY. This is about to become an issue again, I'll just wait to see this happen at post game interview. VY has got to start questioning the play calling.
