MINNEAPOLIS (Ticker) - The Minnesota Timberwolves agreed to terms with four free agents Friday, including center Jason Collier. Forward-center Brandon Kurtz, forward Quincy Lewis and guard Keith McLeod also agreed to terms. Terms of all four contracts were not released. Collier averaged 2.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 8.0 minutes per game in 13 games for the Houston Rockets last season. He averaged 3.5 points, 2.4 rebounds and 11.3 minutes per game over his three-year NBA career with the Rockets. The 7-footer was selected 15th overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2000 NBA draft and his rights were traded to Houston. Kurtz averaged 10.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 23.2 minutes per game while splitting time last season between NBDL's Greenville Groove and Asheville Altitude. The 6-10, 255-pound Kurtz also has played professionally in Turkey and Italy. Lewis, who helped Maccabi-Tel Aviv win the Israeli League and Cup, played in five games for the Wolves this year in the summer league, averaging 9.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists. McLeod played for Livorno in the Italian A-League last season after a four-year collegiate career at Bowling Green. He averaged 17.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists at Bowling Green and was named Mid-American Conference Player of the Year as a senior.
