I think that if Shelden Williams declare, we won't have a chance to get him, so this pick is somebody who I think will be available by the time we pick. Channing Frye = Good shot at 15 ft and can make it even at 18 ft; good rebounder even if stats don't show it, especially on the offensive end in terms of put backs; intelligent player that understands his role; 6' 10-11 240 will give you great size for a PF; not afraid to challenge shots since he is a decent shot blocker; His only weakness that I can think off is that he's may not be fast enough to guard the top PFs in the west...but who is? If you thought cato worked well for us, this might work even better. He'll give you everything on defense, plus some more on offense. He is also a little quicker than cato.
I just checked again on nbadraft.net. This guy went from the top of the 2nd round to #17 in a few days. I hope we can still get him.
