If Shawn Bradley can play the way he did I know Ming can at least do the same.

Now the New York Knicks actually want Bradley in a trade for their injury exemption on McDyess.

The Knicks can have him. One less 7' + guy in the West to worry about.

So, now we are hoping that Ming will at least as good as Bradley? Remember, the "he is no Shawn Bradley" discussions. I am still hopeful that he will be much better than Bradley. If Bradley becomes the model we are shooting for, then we are really in trouble. That would be an admission that Ming is little more than a 7' 6" pole. Surely not.

It is a little sad... but take a look at how Bradley's been playing!

8.8 ppg, 8.0 rpg, 3.2 blocks in 22 mpg played? The guy's a 7'6" pole, but insults and assumptions aside, those are damn good numbers. I'd certainly be happy with those numbers this season for Yao.

How about trade Cato for Bradley. Then we can have an unprecedented Twin Poles offense.

Nooooooooo. Ming is not another pole!

And then we could trade for Eric Piatkowski and have the Tri-Pole Threat offense ;)
