There's a huge difference in age and experience. Some of the players have peaked. Others are just starting their careers and can get better (or worse if you believe they're flukes).

The best argument for Brent Barry is that the Lakers and Spurs both want him. If we signed him, it would not only improve us, but hurt our competition.
