Did you watch him play in Miami last year? He played well. His assist to turnover ratio is pretty nice too. He's turning into a solid pro.

Arroyo is a RFA, and he's being pursued agressively by Orlando Magic at this point. Utah will probably resign him, unless Orlando gives him an egegious contract offer.
It also depends on who is affordable. Fisher won't ask as much as Barry will. I would love to have Barry on this squad, but if he is too much, I would love to have Fisher.
This is kind of depressing in a way. I have that same feeling as when I know I need a car and I only have $1000 to get one. You walk around this used car lot, and there's like the stereotypical guy in a loud suit talking your ear off about these cars he just washed, but you can like see puddles of oil under them and when you open the door to one, you get this big wiff of, like, "swisher sweets" smoke from the previous freak owner.
