    As an Argentine, I LOVE meat, and enjoy ALL meat.

    But my favorite has to be... Sweetbread (molleja) (pancreas, thymus gland)

    The most delicious thing EVER, with lemon.

    that is all a nice piece of meat requires. I add just a little bit of fresh garlic.
