This. People forget how good Bynum can be, and I think he will sign with Dallas. Will he ever play 82 games? not likely, but if he can be healthy for 60+ and for the playoffs, he's worth close to the max.
Every Mavs fan I know wants the team to tank for next year. Not sure what Cubes and Donnie are doing but I think Cuban EFFED up majorly with his Bullsh!t attempt to woo Deron Williams last summer. He can claim all he wants that DWill was always going back to Brooklyn but his team and HIM especially recruited DWill in as woeful a manner as possible. Compare that with how we(Morey, Parsons, McHale, Dream etc) went after Howard. Night and day. Cuban decided Sharktank was more important than showing up to meet as well as putting on the full court press on an All-Star PG to pair with Dirk. A player that felt disrespected when being recruited by a college whose coach couldn't be bothered to meet with him. Cuban did the same and didn't get DWill. Say they sign DWill last summer, pair him with Dirk and sign Bynum(if healthy and focused and motivated going into next season)? Oh well, sucks for Mavs fans. Onwards and upwards ROCKETS NATION!

Cuban is realizing that no one really likes him unless he is paying above market value. Name the last player to take a pay cut to play for the Mavs. Dallas is not a destination.
