Not sure if many of you are aware of this, but in Argentina and Colombia there is something called the "kidnap express" that is becoming somewhat of a problem. Basically, terrorists choose random victims and kidnap them from their cars. Then, they demand a ransom of say 1000 dollars, and if you can't pay in about 2 hours, they kill the hostage. It's a real shame too, because Colombia is such a beautiful country.
