Hornets are overrated, imho, and I don't like their offseason moves too much. Yeah, Peja and Chandler are nice talents, but 100+million dollar nice? Doubt it. And I think they might miss good old PJ Brown and Speedy Claxton more than anyone realizes. Hell, they might even miss Kirk Snyder quite a bit. The thing is, with the West as tough as it is, I don't know if their $100 mil investment will even produce a playoff team.
Am I the only one who likes their draft? Hilton Armstrong and Cedric Simmons give them a lot of athleticism and depth down low. I think Armstrong in particular is ready to contribute right away, he already knows how to be an efficient and effective role player surrounded by a lot of talent.
