I just watched a dozen lions wear down and take down a baby elephant. Damn that National Geographic channel!

Yesterday it was Great White sharks going after baby seals.

What will the Republicans do next?! :D

The saddest NG video I ever saw was of Sapphire, an albino ringtailed lemur, who was shunned all of her life because she was white. She died of a broken heart and starvation.

    RIP Sapphire!

Next the Republicans are gonna run Side Show Bob for mayor ;)

Egads, I never thought of that! Baby elephants are the neo-Cons, right? Who are the lions... the new angry Dean-Democrats?

The worst National Geographic animal attack:

    A jaguar vs. a three-toed sloth.

The sloth was so slow. I felt sorry for the sloth :(

I wish all the animals were vegetarians, then the jungle would be a happy place.

I think I saw that documentary. Is it the one with the baby elephant that gets rejected by other adult elephants and gets left by itself? I thought it was a bunch of hyenas that took it out, though. Man, that was sad.

This was the one with the twin baby lemurs, right? And the baby lemur they called Little Devil, who fell from the tree and was mortally injured and his mom didn't want to leave him but had to because he was too weak to cling to her fur?

    I cried and cried...

I missed the beginning. By the time I got to it the poor creature had a 1200 lioness on his/her back. They creature adventurers made a comment one time to the effect that she got separated form the herd... but no more amplification as to how that happened.
