I thought you were talking about my family's hometown-- Cologne, Germany The cologne they make there is 4711. Pretty bad arse stuff if you ask me. Oh yeah Manny, how are the wife and kids?
Right now I've been using Burberry-yellowish color.. my girl loves it.. almost has a fruit smell to it Aqua di Gio- great stuff but very strong go easy on it lacoste- probably one of my favorites Versaci Dreamers- the girls really seem to love this one ralph lauren romance(for men)- burberry barely beat this one out.
It's not fancy like some of the things y'all are throwing out there, but I've been wearing Nautica since about 7th grade. It's not overpowering, but you can definitely tell it's there. I get so many compliments on it, and have been for quite some time. I usually just spray on my neck and wrists, and a couple on the shirt.
All these colognes bring back memories when I use to work at Duty Free many years ago...I think I accumulated more than 40 bottles and I still have antiquated bottles of the stuff...green jeans, blue jeans, Tsar, horizon, etc....
Gravity is the best. Do they still make that? Aspen is okay too. Preffered Stock was all the rage back in high school, but I never cared for it too much. I have received enough cologne from christmas gifts to last me the rest of my life.
lacoste is fantastic. i also used chaps ralph lauren in the past. i get the most attention with the lacoste though.
I used a bottle of Acqua Di Gio, but thought it was average. Nothing bad, but nothing great. I get the feeling this thread isn't about Manny anymore. Poor guy is left holding the empty cologne bottle.
i love lacoste...... good stuff. burberry is good too. i have an older armani mania that i havent seen anywhere, but its one of my favorites. i'm also i fan of bothabercrombie woods and abrecrombie & fitch.
I can say that lately I bought a bottle of Intrigue because it wasn't too pricy and I thought it smelled alright. I can't believe the reactions I'm getting from chicks, though--they LOVE the stuff.
Dolce & Gabana is still the best i have had. All the girls i have been with love it. I always buy it from Perfumania
Gucci - Envy - for the wintertime and fall Dior - Higher - ideal for summer and during work Gucci - Rush - spring, fall, work Dior - Eau Sauvage, heavy stuff - defintely a leather/winter scent Hugo - Baldessarini - fall, winter Thierry Mugler - Cologne, all day, work, summer and the king of all: Creed - bois du portugal - ask Sinatra
Well not necessarily, DoD. I do have a big bottle of Claiborne for Men and Miracle by Lancome that no one else seems to have.
People still wear cologne after high school? Well I can't talk... I was the only dumbass that bought Michael Jordan's cologne when it first came out in 1996 b/c I was THAT much of a diehard sports nut. Go ahead... Pile on.
