Okay, I always come here when I have questions about things like this. So, let me ask the following (this only applies to people who wear cologne): 1) What are the best colognes? By price (cheapest but still good quality)? Favored by women? Your own personal preference? 2) How do you apply your cologne? Do you go with just one squirt or two or three or maybe more? What parts of your body do you spray? Neck, wrists, chest, etc? Do you apply it before putting on your clothes or do you apply it after you are dressed? 3) Do you find that it makes a big difference? What I mean here is do you find that more women notice you and talk to you? Just background on me - I have never really been a cologne wearer (duh, that is obvious, right, or I wouldn't be asking all these questions), but I have been asked recently to consider wearing it. I do have an old bottle of Claiborne for Men and a new bottle of Miracle Homme by Lancome. I have also looked into Gucci Nobli. So if anyone has experience with these 3 colognes, I would like to hear about it.
All I know is Obsession for Men (which I HIGHLY doubt is still made) is the most vile smelling substance known to man. Gives you a sinus headache within seconds. Halston Z-14 is what I've used in the past, although I haven't in a while. It's gooood.
I wear Good Life. Good stuff, not too pricey and my wife digs it. Manny, I would suggest going with some Old Spice. And don't put it on too thin!!! Make sure the women smell you comin!!!
I like it... I used to use Mezmerize, but lately its Very Sexy from Victorias Secret, and Isimiyak(spl)... both smelll like whoah! usually jsut splash some here there, nothing particular.
Jazz and Hugo just usually apply to neck and face don't wear it that much, my natural animal magnetism is very stong
Here are some of my favorites: Issey Miyake Chanel Allure - coincidentally, every time I hook up with a slut, I have it on Hugo Boss CK One (old school, but still good) Aqua DiGio Versace Blue Jeans
1. My wife goes crazy for Pleasures for men...My preference is Safari, I like it being spicey, but I don't wear it often. 2. When it's applied, arms, and chest area...before putting on clothes. (always after a shower) 3. It makes a real difference for her,...and I hear women tell me I smell good on occasion. No man has told me I smell good.
I use in small amounts on my neck and dont wear it too often. My faviorite is either Armani Aqua DiGio or Armani Emperio.

i wear cologne fairly often since i was about 13 or so. and i have gotten the most complements from Hugo by far. actually i think i have gotten more complements from hugo then all the other ones combined. not sure why, but there you go.
1) Very Valentino (my favorite and hard to find except online - was going to be discontinued) 2) Dolce & Gabbana's By 3) Chrome 4) Alfred Sung's Hei 5) Escada Light 6) Escada Sentiment Get it online, you'll get it cheaper more often than not - don't buy them from malls. perfumania.net fragrance.net I usually hit my face/neck with it. I try not to get noticed by women - I'm shy. But I do get complimented on the cologne.
KRAMER All right, now here's the scoop, Jockey. I, uh, I came in here last January to talk to one of your ffflunkies. CK Interesting face. KRAMER Yeah--And um, when I told him my idea about the beach cologne, you know he--he laughed at me. CK You're very lithe, aren't you: very graceful. KRAMER Well, yeah. CK Sit down; eh? KRAMER [ungracefully sits, misjudging the one side of this sectional couch] CK You're very lean, but muscular. KRAMER You know, I try to take care of myself, I--I watch what I eat. Ah! Just recently I cut out fructose. CK You're Spectacular. KRAMER [flattered] Oh.
I got a cologne sampler for Christmas that had like 8 different colognes in it. I only use cologne on the weekends, so I don't need a huge bottle. I've had a bottle of Safari for 4 years if that tells you anything. I choose my cologne by the season and the time of day. In the evenings, I prefer a strong musk. Obviously you can't discuss musk without mentioning Aramis. It's been around since the 60's, and women love a good musk. Another one I wear during the evenings is Kenneth Cole or Truth by Calvin Klein. During the day, I go with lighter scents. Davidoff's Cool Water is popular with my women, as is Polo Sport and my Tommy Hilfiger cologne. I also have a bottle of Armani Mania and Aqua di Gio, both of which I don't care for too much. Aqua di Gio is so strong and has such a wild mix of scents. It's pungeant. Mania is too sweet smelling. Don't wear it. Fall/Winter scents among the above are Safari and Kenneth Cole. Sping/Summer scents among the above are Cool Water, Polo and Tommy. The others I think are pretty neutral. In terms of application, I give two strong squirts to the neck, and then a couple of squirts in the air, which I then walk through. Remember, as our good friend Carson from Queer Eye says -- you just SPRAY, DELAY, and WALK AWAY. Truer words have ne'er been spoken.
