You must go see this movie. You must. You must see this movie. Now.

Ok, so that is my advice to everyone here who wants to go see a good movie.

Has anyone else seen this movie yet? I went and saw it tonight not really knowing what it was about, but the name of it just drew me in for some reason, that and the fact that I had a free movie pass left that I needed to use. Man, that has to be one of the best movies I've ever seen. Thirty minutes into the movie I was trying to figure out whats next and how it would end, but I really had no clue what was around each corner. Matt Damon does an awesome job as an action star and Franka Potente pulls off her part perfectly.

Forget the Ya Yas, see the good good movies.

    I saw it...not bad...

Matt Damon did pretty well in it...but i thought the ending was too predictable...

In conclusion, i thought it was a poor man's Memento...but still entertaining...7 out of 10.

You bet I will go and see this movie. Robert Ludlum's 'The Bourne Identity' is one of my favorite books and the other book 'The Bourne Supremacy' is also a good one, so they already have material for a second movie. :)

I have not heard about this movie but it can't possibly not be taken from the book (s) about Jason Bourne. Count me in. About it being predictable - I guess having read the books it will be for me ;) - but I loved the books and hope they have made it into a kick-ass movie.

Excellent movie that kept me on the edge of my seat. That German chick was hot, and the car chase was badass. There were some cool fights too. Highly recommend this one- you won't be disappointed.

I second what everyone else has said, that movie was awesome. I would give it a 8.5/10 or higher, I think Damon was excellent and this could become a great franchise for him. Really great action flick. I thought it was going to be good, but the movie exceeded my expectations. I am going to start reading the books now.

    Go See it!

Saw it tonight. Can't wait for the sequel. I looked up the Bourne books by Ludlum but couldn't figure out which one is the 2nd one. Anyone?

Edit - I guess Bourne Supremacy is the 2nd book and Bourne Ultimatum the 3rd?

    1) The movie doesn't really follow the book, beyond the basic premise of a man in a certain situation, so don't go expecting it to be faithfull.

    2) Yes, the book has been made into a movie before, starring the mini-series couple of the 70's, Richard Chamberalin and Jacklyn Smith. More faithfull to the book, but not that good.

    3) Doubt there will be a sequel, at least not one having anything to do with the original trilogy.

    4) Quite entertaining movie though, although I do have a couple of complaints...

    A) The casting of Julia Stiles as a regional operations co-ordinator was ridiculous, as she still continued to look and sound like the petulant high school kid she plays every where else.

    B) Didn't really think the German chick was hot..(Okay, not a complaint, just an observation.)

    C) While they were good, the two guys playing the beuracratic and operations directors could have mailed in these performances;they've both played the same kind of guys several times before.

Beyond that, it was quite good, and Matt Damon was surprisingly very good in this style of film. Several scenes were both very exciting and very realisitc at the same time, and it was definitely worth seeing on the big screen.

I think I read that Damon and Liman were very interested in doing sequels.

Did you know Ben Affleck did color for Fox Saturday Baseball? I don't know if he did the whole game, but he pissed off his hometown Red Sox cause he was critical of their pitcher.

The first fan to be disowned by his favorite team...hahaha :D
