Watch this video, see how many simple shots he misses, that's why we don't play him.

He might get some garbage time if we get blown out, but I can't see him playing a significant role after playing next nothing during the regular season.

With that said, maybe they can chuck him on Bynum since he isn't performing at the moment.

Still think it's doubtful though. To me that would mean we are taking the view we can't win without Yao, and that wouldn't be a good mindset obviously.

He is very raw. Great potential.

Don't know if this is true or just a rumor; it seems as if he had an attitude problem...

Though for one thing, his foot injury that he had is pretty painful.

A better comparison would be Ben Wallace.

"Joey Dorsey is like a Ben Wallace clone, from his jersey number to his braided hair, from a burly build and tenacious attitude made for rebounding to a shooting touch that prompts adults to cover kids' eyes."

Everything is similar except... Ben Wallace looks more built.

Can he be activated for the playoffs? If only he could play and bring in some tough D and get some rebounds it will be great but he has played any significant minutes.

Do you have any pictures of Ben Wallace at an earlier age? If I recall, Wallace went undrafted and was bounced around until he finally found a home with an NBA team. Someone give him the number for BALCO!!

    Kidding. Maybe?!

I have to really LOL at this video. I mean I'm 5'10" (maybe) with 24 Hour Fitness basketball experience and I can hit the jump hook better than Dorsey. Wow that is U-G-L-Y, you ain't got no alibi.

How the heck is the dude "a great backup C" when he doesn't even get playing time as a backup C? I mean seriously - I think they'd start Aaron Brooks at C before Dorsey.
