What the hell is he doing shooting 10 - 16 from the floor, leading the team in scoring and rebounding, while still taking fewer shots than Francis and Mobley??

Oh yeah, he had a pitiful 4 blocks too, sheesh.

    He should retire tomorrow... [IMG]

My thoughts exactly DREAMer. Man, I was waiting anxiously for Hakeem to start to start playing like he did today and silence his naysayers. While one game doesn't make a comeback, those numbers our local legend put up were very solid. And all that against the so-called formidable twin towers and with no true center playing behind him. I must say that Hakeem has found his groove back [IMG]

    Maybe next time we win.

I was pretty pleezed with Hakeem's play today also. If francis was smart enough not to drive into a double team, we woulda won.

Well, I'm not ready to say that Hakeem is back into starting game shape. But, after all the crap he's been taking the past few weeks, there's no way I was gonna miss an opportunity to give a little back.
