So I have a phone on the T-Mobile network (iPhone, if it helps), and I know for a fact that when I receive messages from a friend on the AT&T network it lags as well. I am located in the Clear Lake area, and the Cingular person is in New York. I am also unsure if there is a lag the other direction, but does anyone know why this happens?
I get that a lot too. Not so much anymore. But I use to a lot a month or so ago. I would receive a message that say my friend sent at 12 45am before the one he sent at 12 40 am. but when it vibrated that i received a new message it came below the 12 45 one... its pretty annoying.
