The Spurs have the biggest fan site, these are just the ones I know of Clutchfans.net: 23,356 members Lakersground.net: 13,846 members Goldenstwarriors.com: 1,071 members Spursreport.com: 25,192 members
membership is a pretty stupid way to gauge size or popularity. For the longest time, clutchfans didn't even have open membership and even now its fairly restricted. A lot of other sites tend to allow much more open membership and hence higher numbers. Taking that into consideration, I'd say clutchfans might be the biggest NBA team forum.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yTjebH2fLU off topic but i died watching this!!! Marbury is a weed heaD! He makes no sense and the end is crazy!
Its funny you mention Spursreport.com. Last night I was having a pretty good time arguing how twisted that site was for praising a guy who made racial slurs towards Yi. So I was wondering how much traffic they had and compared it to Clutch fans traffic. Pretty much most of the night they had anywhere from 50-100 more people browsing at any one time.
Plus, they always have way more "guests" on their board than we do. Right now we have about 300 members logged in to their 170, but they have 490 guests logged in to our 170. What the hell does that mean? Would they have way more members if they required registration? Is Argentina that active online? WTF China, help us out here.
According to Alexa, which says Clutchfans is the 31,209th most popular website in the world... China is only helping us out by 7.5%
