Thanks for helping me to get my swirve on. Interesting that as of today, the predicted records are all tied, with Phoenix falling last of the 4 teams. We hold the tie breaker currently against Dallas, but not MN, correct? ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
I didn't think we held the tiebreaker vs. anyone. I hope they don't come down like that. I don't want to count on Utah losing vs. Phoenix for us to get into the playoffs. The Jazzholes hate us just enough to drop that game. No team has ever won 50 and missed the playoffs. We might need that many wins. ------------------
Actually, it's shanna's handiwork. ------------------ www.swirve.com...The reason Al Gore invented the internet.
Well, I keep looking it over and it's simple, direct and clear. It's the best chart yet. Nice work shanna. ------------------
I would say that Utah has a good chance to beat at least on of Minny and Dallas on the road. Other than that I agree with the predictions. ------------------ "We messed with the Bull, and we got the horns." -- Larry Brown "quote" from AirBullard.com
As it stands now, we are 2-1 vs. Dallas correct? ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
Of course you are. I was off; Dallas must be the only Western contender that we've got the edge on. Still, what is the tiebreaker for a 3 way tie? A 4 way tie? If it comes down to conference record, well, ours is Clipper-esque. ------------------
(courtesy of ESPN.com) Three-Team Tiebreaker 1. Best head-to-head winning percentage among all teams tied 2. Highest winning percentage in conference games 3. Highest winning percentage within division (if teams are in the same division) 4. Highest winning percentage against playoff teams in own conference 5. Highest point differential between points scored and points allowed ------------------ The Rockets will be the NBA champions. Believe.
