For much of the game, we're going to have Swift and either Mutombo or Yao...at the same time? This team needed athleticism. We added the most athletic PG in the draft and a freak athlete at the 4. Kudos to CD. And he's not even stopping.

I think SS fits what the Rox are trying to put on the floor. Yao needs to get his 15 shots, you know Tracy will get his 20 shots, and the guards will get their kick-out shots. We don't need a lot of shots from the four. What we do need from the four is rebounding, shotblocking, a garbage man, and defensive quickness. Stro has that, plus he can run the break with Tracy and finish. Coach will light a fire under stro. As will Tracy, who pimped him here. He WILL play!

If the new CBA allows it, swift will probably have a player option after his 2nd year so we can pay him wtv he wants. I think CD needs to start working on a SnT with Portland to bring over Damon Stoudamire and Ruben Patterson. That would bring us a PG with experience and shooting ability to take over our combo guards spot at PG. Patterson would be an ideal high energy backup to Tmac. Hopefully Portland will bite at the chance to unload patterson for expiring contracts.
