The Rockets' record against the Jazz this year...

    No more excuses. This is the year. This is the year the Rockets MUST sweep the Jazz.

    They came so very close last year, with a much crappier team, and a better Utah team. The Rockets won both home games, and nearly won both road games. In the first road game, Steve had about 27 points in the first half, and was ejected after one of the worst calls of all time. Yet, the Rockets nearly pulled it off. In the next road game, the Rockets led by 17 in the third quarter, only to pull a classic choke job and lose by single digits.

    This year, that has to change. The Rockets are better than the Jazz in every position, including power forward. This is not the Karl Malone of the 90s.

    Stockton has been Steve's b**** for the last few seasons, and I expect more of the same.

    The Jazz lost Rocket-killers Bryon Russel and Donyell Marshall. That should make things far easier.

    Steve needs to dominate Flopton. Mobley needs to b****slap whoever is starting at shooting guard for Utah. Rice needs to put Harpring in his place. Eddie needs to stuff The Failman like he has stuffed everyone else. And Yao needs to urinate all over Ostertag as has every other NBA center.

    No excuses, CRUSH THE JAZZ!!!

    ZRB, I agree with everything except the Ostertag part. Whereas I hope Ming dominates as a center, I can no longer wish any ill on a guy who risks all -- from his career to his life -- to donate a kidney to his dying sister. That was a profile in courage. Oh, I voted 4-0.

    heard of Jenna? Could be Achebe or Darkhorse. Both those dorks live in Utah but claim to be Rockets fan.

    I don't care what Ostercrap did for his sister. There are many other reasons why I hate his guts that I'm not going to go into here.

    I couldn't help it. It was my hate for the Jazz that made me choose 4-0! :mad:

    Im thinking maybe realistically 2-2 though.
