I know what you were saying, I just thought I'd go the T_J route for fun. We disagree and that is fine. I just don't understand the visceral hatred for a man who has tried to do nothing but the right thing for this country.
I don't see knowingly lying to Congress about the cost of his Medicare Bill* as trying to do nothing but what is right for this country. *insert any topic you'd like, like underfunding his No Child Left Behind Act by billions or him lying about the danger family farms and small businesses are in that necessated him eliminating the "death tax".
I agree that we disagree. Getting us into an unjust war through lies and manipulation, defining the globe according to our agenda, throwing away a half century of diplomatic work, sidetracking the war on terror, knowingly using false intel, sidestepping taking any responsibility for anything, appealing to the lowest denominators and equating disagreement with lack of patriotism and courage are not, IMO, anywhere close to the best thing for this country. He is the worst thing that has happened to this country in my lifetime, so if you're right, and that's what he's trying to do, boy does his aim need work.
