Has anybody been yet? Comments on the food, assigned seating, general feel? I'm hoping the assigned seating is as awesome as it sounds.
I went on Thanksgiving and saw the Kirsten Dunst movie. Weird that I hadn't lived in Houston since college, and back then the Angelika was the closest theatre by bus. Seems completely reminiscent even though there's no restaurant or magazine stand (which I only liked then because I had to bus/walk everywhere and preferred just waiting somewhere rather than going back out). You get an assigned seat, which seems unnecessary and a bit pretensh, but they have coffee drinks and cookies, so very much like the old haunt.
