Peterson is clearly the best player in the draft if his head is screwed on tight. He seems to have "it". Just the thought of the Jazz being better than the Rockets makes me want to heave. Too bad Yaxel Lendeborg is sitting out tonight, but he'll probably sit until Vegas starts.
It's only Utah summer league, but Darryn Peterson really knows how to play NBA-type basketball. Not only can he hit difficult shots while contested, he carved up the Grizzlies defense when they focused on him tonight. His floor vision is exceptional. Not sure if his quick-release 3-point shot will hold up in the NBA. If so, Wizards made a giant mistake at #1.
