So here I am sitting in my office staring out of the window looking at highway 59 (I obvious had nothing better to do) when I noticed some dude walking on the service lane of the southbound lane going northbound, at first I was like, ok this guy must have ran out of gas or something because I can see a truck towing a big a$$ boat parked on the service lane about 50 feet behind him. So out of curiosity (and boredom) I decided to watch him, when all the sudden the dude takes off running into the middle of the freeway to pick up what appears to be a hat, then ran back to the service land right before a sedan, jamming on its brakes, ran right past where he just bent down to pick up his hat WHEN WILL THOSE IDIOTS EVER LEARN, IT’S A *^*&ING HAT, WTF!!!!! So like I said I had nothing better to do so I just wanted to share this with yall
