    On opening night, he was second best on the court, as Kendallville, Ind., native and Sacramento center Brad Miller lit him up for 24 points.

    Dampier is 2nd best center coming off the bench, probably.

    When someone claim he is the 2nd best center in the league...you know he's jealous of someone else and is in dire need of attention. Personally i hate player like that...why? Because even if you're IN FACT the 2nd best, you DON'T go public and say it. You simply let the people, the fans, the media decide that for themselves...NOT YOU.

    Do Michael Jordan go public and say he's the best in the world?? No, the media and fans knew this by watching him...he doesn't have to say anything.

    Maybe I'm not the one who needs to watch him play......

    Next time you're watching, check how much effort the fat slob puts into doing anything other than scoring.

    Curry might become a nice scoring center (as in 15-18ppg) - but he's far too lazy to become a nice player in the league! And, no, he is NOT 'certainly better than Dampier' right now!!!

    It's just funny to me for someone to claim he's the 2nd best in public. If you are not the best, whats there to show off. Why didnt he say he is the best center while he was at it.

    By getting 6 pts and 4 boards tonite, the second best center in the league is allowing his team mates to share some spot light.
