It happened with the first two months of the league's inception with Red Auerbach was the coach of the 46-47 Washington Capitols. And the 03-04 Nets did it as well.
if Tmac really wanted to keep it going, he would have run a play, instead of dribbling out the clock and jacking it. as for marvin williams what do you expect? he had an open dunk he took it. bottom line, the rockets really didn't care about the double digit streak, that's no the kind of **** elite teams worry about... it's the wins the reason the streak is as long as it is, is that great teams rest their stars in the 4th and dont run up the score. rockets have been blessed with a great bench that can keep a lead but it's certainly not something adelman planning for.. there's a number of teams who could rack up 10+ double digit wins but you dont because that's petty
It wasn't that big of a deal, agreed. It just spoke to how well we were playing & winning by. We didn't deserve it that THAT much, it wouldve been nice for sure, but WINS ARE WHAT MATTERS.
So much for a streak. How is Carl Landry? Will his streak of games missed end ? The Lakers are next and the Rockets will need his rebounding and tough play.
awful thread title. we pull out a tough victory w/o yao and w/o landry which ties us for the second best win streak in NBA history, and you offer this ambiguous thread title...
terrible thread title. You should be banned. also, who cares about the streak within the streak. That scrub trying to pad his pathetic stats on his pathetic team don't bother me none no way no how knowhatImsaying.
Can't say I was not a little bit disappointed about that, but overwhelmed by the win. That matters most.
Its a pride thing When you're rolling like this, you wanna keep rolling Atleast we're not like the Pats who intentionally tried to blow out teams just because they can
It all evens out, if Tyson Chandler hit just one of the 2 free throws with under 10 seconds in the Hornets game the streak would have ended a couple of games ago. No big deal...the important streak is marching right along... DD
