Damn you Marvin Williams. He probably knew about it too. Rockets streak of double digit victories was ended by a dunk in the closing seconds by Williams.
At the time I was annoyed by that garbage play and us losing the streak, until I realized that we didn't really play well enough tonight to warrant winning by double digits. I'll still take the W, though.
doesn't really matter to me, we got the win, all that matters, we'll just start another one and hit 31 wins and break own record within our record.
that is if you are winning and at the losing team's crowd. streak or not, it wasn't classless of him to dunk.
good news is we are tied for that record and it wasn't a big deal in the first place. i still don't know who we share that record with anyways.
If we have made a few of our FT, we would still have that streak. Please Adelman, order those guys to practise FT intensively!!
Bullsh1t. You apparently know nothing about how the game is played. If you can add points to the board without running it up on the opponent, you score those damned points. No one has any obligation to let anyone score on them unanswered and there is no rule, written or otherwise, than would allow that. I wanted the Rockets to set the double-digit record as much as anyone else, but Atlanta had no ... repeat NO obligation to allow it.
Nobody keeps track of that double-digit streak. That is just stretching it too much. Who cares about our streak of double-digits?
