This place looks like a madhouse people running around blurting out whatever they feel like. Can we all just calm ourselves, realize we are not that far away, and we are NOT going to trade T-Mac or Yao.

Here is what this team needs, first of all a new coach. I have been a JVG supporter, but he just does not know what he is doing on the offensive end. T-Mac and Yao are poorly used and we create no easy shots. I really like the two guys, Adelman and Carlisle.

Second a floor general! A guy who can lead a team, hit a shot, or create a shot when he is asked to do so. This does not mean I want Rafer gone but we really need a guy like don't kill me but Mike James who would come on the cheap possibly a first rounder + sura dead contract. You can forget about Bibby and Billups.

Finally with the MLE Jerry Stackhouse he brings the toughness, entincity, and depth we crave. He is fantastic at creating his own shot. I think a rotation that sported Head, James, Stackhouse, and Howard could be awesome.

How would you guys feel about Adelman at Coach, Rafer and MJ running the point (keep in mind we do not have means of getting much more), and Jerry Stackhouse bringing scoring of the bench.
