You're more likely to see him in Hangout or D&D, I think. But yeah, he's active, been here forever. Plus, he's a lawyer, so he'll probably sue you for copyright infringement. Since it is a sentence fragment, I don't think you can say whether I or Me is more appropriate. Perhaps the fragment was meant to be the object of an implied verb.
No, only idiots do that. the correct grammar is seen when the phrase is extended fully, you wouldn't say to a person "this is I" or "this is Steve Francis and I" grammatically thats not sound. However, you would say "this is me" or "this is Steve Francis and me". Sorry, it's just a real pet peeve of mine when people mix up the usage of I.
Technically, that's wrong. You use the objective case (me) only after transitive verbs. "To be" ("is") is a non-transitive verb. "This is I" is technically correct, although nobody actually talks like that. "This is Steve Francis and I" is correct. "This is a picture of Steve Francis and me" is correct (objective case).
