Nice trade suns...i guess jason kidd the thug was just so much worse.. from BSKBall 10/26- SUNS SUSPENDED MARBURY - The Phoenix Suns suspended Stephon Marbury this week, the details have not be made official, but sources near the team say Stephon has been a consistent late arrival to practices and team meetings. The Suns have tried to down play the suspension, and refused to comment on the nature of the suspension. Marbury served the suspension last night against the Lakers. And is expected to be in the line up for the opener. Each team has a different policies regarding disciplining a player, many teams assess minor fines, some teams do suspend players for conduct "detrimental" to the team. The Collective Bargaining Agreement requires a team make a listing of their policies and procedures available to every player.
Keep in mind that Pho traded Kidd for his "baggage". They traded a backpack for a Samsonite. Great move Suns, not only is Marbury the inferior basketball player, but his teammates will hate him before too long.
