    hahaha besides the obvious polarizing emotions that this thread will cause based on the first post,

    what's better wet aged or dry aged?

    is nebraska corn fed prime good cause the cows ate corn? I thought grass fed was suppose to be the best

    I noticed the head chef's name is Phillip Brown and his wife is Laura McIngvale-Brown.

    Is she the McIngvale daughter who has severe OCD? I remember seeing some show on tv which profiled her OCD. It was kind of sad to see what she was living through daily.
