    A compromise would be Hooter's.

Chick-Fill-A would be good too. There aren't enough of those around.

I wonder how it is dealing with Chic-Fill-A, seeing as how religious their ownership is.

The downtown tunnel system could use a chic-fill-a, it could also use another wendy's also

I suspected that. What with the closed on Sundays business. Without taking this thread to the D&D, what religion owns them and what other practices are affected by it?

a lot of major franchises require you to have 1-2 mil in liquid capital.

how much money do you have to invest? I think Subway has the easiest startup.

how do strip club owners roll in the big bucks, from what I see the girls get paid cash in exchange for seshual favors and the owner gets what a $15 cover ond overpriced drink money??? That can't be worth all the risk involved, please tell me the girls pay him rent or something? I'd be down for opening a strip club but im sure there's many many hurdles one must go through to get it done.

There's actually one on north 183, towards Leander/Cedar Park. I think it's pretty new, but I'm excited to get out there sooner or later. I love Pluckers (live close to the one in Round Rock) but I'm a big BW3 fan, too.

    yep girls pay strip clubs

    300 customers a day X 5 cover = 1500/day
    300 customers X 3 drinks X $7 per drink = 6300/day

    1500 + 6300 = $7800 X 31 days = $240K sales a month

? Why not the owner I know of is banking a ton of money (He owns 8).. Of course you can't get into a subway now since all the land rights have been bought for the past 5-10 years (In Houston and any close surrounding areas (Ft.Bend,Katy,Woodlands, etc.)).. So if you want to open a Subway your best chance is a really suburban place outside Houston..Tomball? Beaumont?

Subway is overblown now. You better have multiple shops to make any real money. Also, if you buy a running one you are going to be paying through the nose. Your only chance is really in a rural area.
