I was planning to be in Cancun for my spring break to get my drink on, but my boss don't want me to miss too many days for my part time job, so now I have to stay with the good old Corpus Christi beach. Anybody else is going to be in Corpus Christi this spring break? If not, what's your spring break destination?

Nawlins. To Visit Tulane. And possibly NY and/or Miami and/or Athens, GA. But DC for the first half of the week. Initial plans were Spring Training to get my Clemens on, but they seem to have fizzled out of the picture. Guess I'll have to find some type of job/internship over the summer with the Astros, Rockets, or that female team.
Going snowboarding in Red River, NM.....It will be my first time to snowboard. I've been skiing many times in Colorado but never in New Mexico.... Any tips to snowboarding anyone?
Hey guys, I have a question.... How old do you have to be to get a hotel room in Texas like in Galveston or Corpus? My friends and I were wanting to go on a cruise but we aren't old enough to get a room by ourselves. We want to do something with just the three of us so we are looking for something we can do and just get away for about a week...
i used to ski (5 years) but then switched to snowboarding (4 years...and for me that means about 80 times). for snowboarding...aim your shoulders - that is where you are going to go. don't be afraid of falling on your ass...it's part of learning. oh, and promise yourself 3 days of boarding before you go back to skiing. the first three days hurt like hell on the ass...but after those days - you will finally see that you are progressing and it finally becomes worth it. so, i guess i would recommend butt protection if you are worried about it...i never did, never wanted to, but it would have saved a sore ass.
I believe it is 18, thats how old I was when I got a room for my girlfriend and I. You shouldnt have a problem, and if your staying near downtown I believe the rates are usually pretty cheap.
I wanted to go snowboarding so badly this break, but I couldn't find anyone who had the same passion. Perhaps next year. (If I don't go to Vegas) This year I will most likely head down to South Padre Island, or Corpus Christi, or even Port Aransas.
If you were trying for Carnival, than yes you must have someone over 25 I think living in the room with you if you are under 21. There are a number of other Cruise Lines that have the minimum age down to 18.
Going to NYC from March 16-21 with a couple friends to visit a friend who goes to an acting school on Broadway. I'll be there for my birthday and hopefully I can go to something cool like a taping of the Daily Show, or SNL. I've never been to New York before so anyone have any suggestions? I'm sure there's some New Yorkers here. Who else ya gonna cheer for? The Knicks?
