Thanks man! I didn't want to say it.

On Sunday, they had Lil Flip the past two Sundays. So what I did was Lil Flip to another station.

Clanton, Wex, Matt, do something. Lil' Flip sucks. You don't want Lil' Flip to bring down your station. If I ever see Lil' Flip, I'll kick him in the shin, and knock gold out of his mouth for being born to create ****astic music.

    Yeah, i ****ing said it.

as far as this goes, we are on a different level as far as music. Yes we incorporate a fair share of hiphop, but Adam and I are both from a different side of HipHop...more of the classical "East Coast" side of things, although I hate labels. I actually have alocal band and have been active in the local scene for nearly 15 years (I hate to admit), and never really was into the screw, Lil Flip, Fat Pat type stuff. I prefer me some Rakim, Hiero, Alkaholiks, KRS-1...type stuff. We will have artists in occasionally, but not really to promote themselves as much as to talk about other things. Sneakers and Rockets have dominated the last two shows to give you an example. The ARE, a local producer who won the Red Bull Big Tune beat battle the first year, will be in studio this week. If you haven't heard his stuff, well........its pretty damn fantastic. He is a biproduct of DJ Premier.....another PV AnM grad who ofcourse ended up behind GURU to form the classic duo Gangstar. Anyhow, if hiphop in the classical sense is not your thing, thats fine. But I assure you....you'll find things about the show to like. The music doesn;t really dominate the equation here. Give it a listen, thats all I ask. You can't please everyone obviously. We are just trying to bring a more entertaining "party" type of vibe to Sports Talk. Thanks.

hey man, to each their own.....I can get with "Tops Drop" though.....mostly because I love the original Yarbrough and Peoples track....drop that everytime at a party and set it off. How did I know YOU would object...ha ha. I'm not saying I don't jam that ish occasionally.....but I wasn't raised on it like some of the folks.
