Is it possible to split a t1 internet line so two computers can use the same signal? If so, what do I need to use? Thanks in advance.
I assume that, at this moment, you've got a Cat5 connection to your T-1 Router (T-1 line goes to CSU-DSU, to T-1 Router, then T-1 Router outputs it as 10 Mb Ethernet). I suppose you can then just throw one of those DSL-Routers onto it, and it can provide DHCP for the rest of the network, holding a static IP for the T1. But do you have only one IP, or a whole block? If you have a whole block, you could just hook a switch or hub up to the Ethernet coming from the T-1 Router, give each PC a static IP, then each machine would be direct to the internet through the T-1, rather than segmented off.
