...did you see the act K Garnett put on after he blocked shot tonight? Did he get a "T"?? No.

Yes, I'm still pissed about Stevie's tech.

Regardless of what we think you gotta love the way Franchise handled himself after the call...here's more from Thursdays Chronicle:

Rockets guard Steve Francis said Wednesday he still did not know exactly what he did to merit a technical foul for taunting on Tuesday night, causing his ejection just one minute into the second half.

Francis said he did not stick around long enough to ask official Bill Kennedy to explain his interpretation of taunting after Francis' acrobatic dunk in the third quarter.

"I just got out of there," he said. "It shows I'm maturing. I just let it go. I just walked away. Last year, I probably would have gone after the ref. Hopefully it won't happen again. It was tough, especially after we worked too hard to come back to cut their lead down to eight after they shot a sizzling 90 percent in the first quarter."

That's why Steve Franchise is going to be THE best player in the league in a year or two. He already has the maturity, and the right attitude that these so called superstars like Kobe and Vince lack. Once he develops his already amazing abilities, he will be the best player in the league. I firmly believe that.

Steve Francis will never dunk again. You can pretty much expect, from now on, for Francis to finish like Kenny Thomas and move like Kelvin Cato.

I saw that last night. If what Francis did rates a tech then KG sure deserved one also. I hate to see a player punished for excitement after a great play . I think the refs need to be more consistent one way or another

MJ took 5 steps , double dribbled , Screwed the Ref's Wives and never got called for anything .

Hopefully Steve will get more credit now that he didnt lose his temper .

LOL Moes,I'm rolllin...I love MJ,but that is too much.....ZRB,I think Stevie's headed for the top 3.Either way,he'll get plenty of calls himself, down the road. What a travesty though,he didn't do squat, that ref is an egomaniacal jackass.

Paul Pierce dunked on somebody for San Antonio and slapped glass with both hands and nothing was called. I don't see a problem with doing it but if you call it on one call it on them all.

Part of the problem may be Francis is getting known for his flashy dunks and backboard slapping. Sorta like Dennis Rodman who got techs for just LOOKING at the ref wrong (which was total bs, btw).
