Kobe made Snyder look like a complete imbecile, like he was toying with him.

 

Yeah... because i'm sure Steve Francis could shut down kobe...

With Kobe, he can score and torch anyone. 45 on Battier... this season... last season couple of 50 pt games against us.

Snyder 2-2 so far with a 3 pt. It sucks that he has to guard Kobe with his first min. in a game... haha

 

Seriously how can you just plug in a dude WHO HAS YET TO CHECK IN THE WHOLE SEASON to guard one of the TOP SCORERS IN THE LEAGUE. Just baffles me - foul trouble or not slam T-Mac on Kobe for the rest of the half. Snyder and Rafer can't hold Kobe's jock on any occasion much less guard him.

 

geez chill out. its not like kobe was getting dunks on snyder, he was just hitting jumpers. if the rockets were doing the same, like they should be, they wouldn't have lost to the grizzlies and they wouldn't be getting blown out tonight.

 

He is doing good. I can see him to play more minutes in future.

 

Ridiculous complaining. We are in deep foul trouble. It doesn't matter who we put on Kobe, you just have to hope he misses.

RA put Kirk in to defend Kobe. He has size and is very athletic.

Battier had 3 foul, and TMAC was guarding Lamar Odom. That's why he put Snyder in. Defense on Kobe... even if it didn't go too well.


If he didn't want size on Kobe, he would have inserted Luther Head/Mike Jame instead of Steve Francis...

Obviously he thought Snyder has the best chance in guarding Kobe.



And i didn't mean you said to put Francis on Kobe... bc that would be worse than Snyder on Kobe.

Snyder played well in limited action...much better than Luther Head.

 

1. Steve is not better than Kirk. If he was, then he'd be playing. As has been said before, Rick knows more about basketball in his left nut than all the Stevie fans put together.

2. Snyder played fine when he was out there. Kobe was pretty much guaranteed to start hitting shots at some point. Kirk did an okay job - it is KOBE after all.

3. I know it's only a small bit of playing time, but I'd look to increase Kirk's time and decrease Head's if possible.

 

the only guys mad at snyder playing are the guys who wish francis was playing instead. snyder played fine and hes shooting 100% for the season

 

no one can guard Kobe, period.

 

Kirk is shooting 1000% for the year, the proof is in the hotdog.

 

Rick knows more basketball and is so damn well at it. Thats why he hasn't won a damn thing in the NBA other than having a few great seasons. Great post genious.

 

I don't know if you've noticed from the 2 years that hes been here but *NEWSFLASH* Snyder is completely worthless. Why even bother creating a new thread with his name as the title?

There was a time 2 years ago when I brought up the discussion of how we wasted a 2nd rd pick on this scrub. 1 week after we got Snyder, Bulls traded JR Smith for 2 - 2nd picks and I said put a poll who is better SMITH or SNYDER, and guess what? You guys voted and Snyder came out on top. Good game fellas you guys should all be GMs!
