After the NJ game it is apparent something must change. I suggest we try small ball. We have 4 quality players at 2 guard positions (Francis, Anderson, Mobley, & Drew). I think rather than by playing the matchups everyone else is doing (playing small ball w/ Boston) that we force match up problems w/ other teams.

I think either Drew starts at the point (W/ Francis & Anderson) or Mobley starts over Walt. These guys are both more athletic than Walt, and if Walt ever gets his shot back he can get minutes later.

Remember Phoenix ran this offense to get them to the playoffs a couple years ago. I guess I would rather lose with our youth than w/ Walt.

Plus Mobley has said start me or he's gone so this is an opportunity to play him if we do plan on keeping him. If not it may increase his trade value by giving him a few more minutes.

Get well Chuck & Hurry back Dream!

When and where did Mobley say "start me"? If he did say that, hopefully Rudy will start Shandon, Mobley, and Francis.

I don't have the exact quote, but I am 98% cetrtain it was stated in the off season. This is part of the reason everyone says we may be best off trading him.

Can anyone verify this statement for me (about starting)?
