I need to get rid of my George Costanza wallet and I'm looking for something slimmer. One that holds a few cards/id and some cash. Any recommendations? Something under $50 would be good.
i found mine at one of the dept stores in the mall .. it's Fossil brand and does the job. I wanted one with a couple of card slots on the outside, a pocket behind that for more cards, and an 'inner' pocket on the side for stuff you rarely take out. And of course the clip on the back.. I think it cost maybe $18 or $22
I prefer slim ones, too. Don't forget to try shoe stores. I got mine as an impulse buy at Cole Haan. I think it was exactly $50. Mine doesn't really hold cash, though. I prefer money clips in my front pocket for cash, and use wallets strictly for cards, IDs.
Go to K&G Men's Superstore. I found a Calvin Klein thin wallet onsale there for $20. It's thin, with slots on both sides for credit cards.
I just bought this one recently for the same reason as you. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F1RDZE It works very well and worth the money.
My boss has a Constanza and so does another friend of mine...Although, mine is pretty close to one... I use a clip when I go out...
I've had a wallet like this for several years and I love it: http://www.fossil.com/webapp/wcs/st...=22007345&N=0&PSID=SDXSRCHFSLB060107_MAINLINK
that's right. and also I don't trust my friends who sit next to me and stare at my pants, like they are planning something--like going for the beer money. you wouldn't believe how some people sit right next to you and talk to you for completely ulterior motives...or is that "posterior motives," or maybe in your case "anterior motives."
