I am not really trippin on you guys but do most of you guys realize how antieveryone ya'll are. If its not pro-Ming news you guys dismiss it and are extremely negative towards the poster. And how can you guys knock Hilario and say who he is gonna be like in a few years when you won't listen to any criticizm on Ming. Just a thought...

I think Hilaro and Ming are both gonna be good, but Ming seems to have a more developed game. All that I've read on Hilaro says he is all motor and still needs alot of work on his offense.

Last I heard Qtip's new album "Kamaal the Abstract" was so bad that the REC label decided to postpone its original release date (earlier this year) to Sept, so that he could rework it . I heard he mostly does a wanna be Mos Def style singing on it but couldn't pull it off. "Amplified" had a couple of party hits on it but I wasn't feelin it that much either.

I say its about time for a ATCQ comeback.

Now that Lucy Pearl is dead (saw a R. Saddiq show last week), it's definitely time for Tribe to get back together.

Righto, the only thing "Amplified" was good for is parties. Easily a top-15 party album, never listen to it otherwise.

Hilario has no O game. If he has problems scoring in a South American pro league, he is really going to have problems in the NBA. His lack of O game drastically hurts his draft value. Ask yourself, if Cato was in this year's draft would he be top 10? 15? 20? damn lucky to drafted in the first round?

Darrell Royal had a saying about his incoming freshman, "baby wolves have a bite". Nene has no O bite.

    Where are the racist remarks?

Geez, some people get so defensive about nothing. This board rocks. If you can't handle the criticism, then don't post. We have enough posters as it is. Just sit back and enjoy your amature but talented posters.

SLAM is the most entertaining bsk ball magazine in the world period. I would read it over espn and si any day, but would never take a word seriously.

Slam Mag, they are a good mag, but full of B.S....What would be really awesome would be having Ming and Hilario at C and PF respectively!!!

I happen to have a subscription to SLAM, and its definitely one of the more interesting basketball mags out there. For those of you who think all the articles are written in ebonics, you can't be more wrong. For instance, did anyone check out the Pippen article in the latest issue (LeBron James cover)? If you're a Rockets fan, you gotta love that. The article written about James and Telfair could not be written in a more white-person perspective. SLAM has continuouslly given Rockets players much love, including a cover of Francis and insightful stories about Cat and Griffin. That's not to say their 'predicitions' are always on the mark... Its all about entertainment, I guess.

I agree with slam magazine. Hilario will be better than Ming, there's just to many bandwagon fans out there that heard he would be good, but he won't.

I'm personally looking forward to buying the poster with ming getting dunked on I just hope he's not wearing a rockets jersey when it happens.

Are you talking about Ming or Hilaro? I think this can be applied to both of them.

There are quite a few Ming videos out there that alot of us have watched, but I haven't seen any Hilaro videos.

They both have potential, but Ming's skills are much more refined and developed at this point. So I have to give the edge to Ming.
