Well keep in mind he was miked...and I imagine while I'm not big on prayer or outward praise myself, if I was walking a 2 inch cable across a canyon, I'd be saying the same thing every step of the way! Which makes me wonder why he would allow himself to be miked in the first place. People get into car crashes talking and driving and this guy's walking a tightrope?! Pretty crazy feat, but I don't see how you can do that to your loved ones. Then again, plenty of other professions are just as dangerous.
I feel like this guy thought he had a 95% chance of survival. Seemed like he was pretty comfortable and never looked like he was about to fall. He even ran at the end. Sure it LOOKS dangerous, but to HIM it probably wasn't that difficult to do. Its like a F1 racer. 99% of the population would crash if they had to race, but F1 drivers race all the time without harm.
