Obviously as you see there's a lot of PUMP over situation on Kosovo which is now independent country. Serbia obviously wants Kosovo under every price which obviously creates beef between them and EU, U.S.A. There is not going to be ANY wars you can be sure for that as Serbia has no material, will or resources to go to war, also they're showing "teeth" to USA about Kosovo. What is more interesting is that Serbs in Bosnia want to connect Kosovo and "Republika Srpska" which has no sense since Bosnia is independent since 92' and is multietnical country at least that's what world is selling to Bosnian people. This is the end of ex-Yugoslavia... Your comment on whole situation?
I'm not saying there will be war and yes Serbia has no sufficient amount of military goods but that does not mean Serbia cannot go to war for that reason because Serbia is also one of Russia's(soviets) faithful child and as you may know already that Russia also doesn't approve of independent Kosovo so if need be Russia is openly ready to back Serbia. But most of the time war is not the answer and nations should do whatever they can to to prevent the loss of innocent civilian lives.

All of the Yugoslav military and munitions plants were and still are at Zastava. I don't know about the will or resources, but they definately have the material to go to war if they want. As far as Republika Srpska, I don't believe the Serbian leaders there ever gave up the idea of grafting it onto Greater Serbia - the whole reason for the Bosnian War. You still have the primary architects of that idea (Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadzic) running around out there, somehow evading international war crimes prosecutors for a decade. That only occurs if they have some powerful supporters in the Serbian power structure. Instead, I think it is more of a case that the powers that be see this as a convienient time to revisit an idea that they never abandoned about splitting up Bosnia and taking half of it for Serbia.
