    You mean the same way Kobe stepped up when Shaq was out? Or how Duncan played without Tony Parker. How about the all mighty Dallas without Steve Nash. At least with those stars you have a fairly good sample size (ie. multiple games), where as you determined Yao can't lead after 1 bad game, where everybody else around him played much worse.

    Also, for your information, Yao isn't my favorite player. KG and Vince are. Yao just happened to be the most impressive player on my favorite team. That doesn't change the fact that this team has no candidate for being my favorite player.
