An interesting new series is starting tonight on Showtime. It's an NPR show done for TV. Episode 1 is online now. http://www.sho.com/site/thisamericanlife/video.do There's a great story about a texas guy who had his beloved bull cloned at A&M, only to find out that the new bull wasn't the same. Spoiler At one point the cloned bull gored him in the SCROTOM AND LEFT HIM WITH A DANGLING TESTICLE!!!! The other story is about that improve/prank group. You've probably seen their "Best Buy" prank online. Here's a synopsis of the show: Episode 1 - "Reality Check" Three stories of people who hatched plans in the hopes of making their dreams come true, but were snapped back to reality by unpleasant outcomes: an elementary school student tries to solve a common childhood problem; a rancher resuscitates a beloved pet, which later turns on him; people team to give an unknown rock band the greatest night of its life.
This American Life is one of my favorite radio programs of all times. And Squirrel Cop- http://www.thislife.org/pages/descriptions/98/115.html is one the funniest things I have ever heard.
