    Need more info.

Pills aren't a substitute for corrective surgery or rehabilitative exercise.

well the bottom is i dont have any money for corrective surgery. After the accident I went to the chiropractor for about a month (that was all the insurance would pay for). However when I start lifting weights the slight pain/agitation comes back.

I need to repair and rebuild cartilage.

Here is my completely unprofessional opinion.

Sorry, but you're pretty much ****ed. It's been three years since I injured my shoulder and while I can lift weights (had to wait for about 1,5 years) without pain, I still haven't gotten back all of the motion and I can't play basketball because every hard slap on my arms when I'm going up means injury. For about 2 years I couldn't even take a dog for a walk or reach up for something in a cupboard or even go to sleep without fear of reinjuring the shoulder (but I could lift weights, go figure).

Anyway, what is the accident you mentioned? How did it happen? How severe is the damage? I had/(have) some mysterious cartilage damage, slight dislocation, partly torn biceps and a torn tendon that runs through the shoulder and connects to the chest so it was pretty serious. That's why the long timetable.

Oh, and everything you'll get in a pharmacy will only mask the pain. You won't get better from it.

    lol bold.

the accident was a car accident. Somewhat severe. I didnt need to go to the hospital though. There is slight dislocation. I just bought Osteo Bi-flex Triple Strength so hopefully that will do some good. I will take it for 30 days just to get started.

Was the accident your fault? If not, did you sue?

Sorry, studying for the bar puts one in a very litigious mood.
