Supposedly, the last week or so of school, when all the teachers are showing videos, a bunch of seniors are going to come in one night and replace those videos with pornos so that when the teachers start up the video the next day, it's a porno. That's the only thing I've heard. But my class probably won't do anything next year. We're a bunch of losers.

    those senior pranks are lame...;)

last year we had the best one at my school. we took three pigs and lathered them in oil. that way, they were really slippery and hard to catch. then, we taped the numbers 1, 2, and 4 on them and let them go in the school. it took the teachers a good while to tackle the pigs, and they spent the rest of the day looking for number 3(which didn't exist).

    awesome

Oh yeah...that keg party thing seniors did I was referring to is called "Beer Fest". You buy the shirt and that's your ticket. I would be interested to know if the tradition is still ongoing at Clear Lake High School but maybe a lot more discrete in its preparation?

Almost one highschool in every school district does that one...
plus we have an open campus school, so the pigs would just go on the streets and get run over.

I think we saved ours for graduation. One kid put a fake hand that would come off when the principal shook it. The principal recognized a second too soon and didn't shake the hand. So nothing happened. A couple years before me a kid hooked up a motor to his tassle on the graduation hat. So instead of moving the tassle from one side to the other, his would start spinning around like heliocopter blade. A techer saw his hat not fitting correctly and went to straighten it and discovered the motor. She then ripped a hole in his hat when she yanked the motor out.

We kind of had some pranks that we did throughout the year whenever we got the chance, but no big end of the year prank.

For us, we rented one of those industrial size jiffy-pop popcorn machines, broke into our favorite student teacher's car and filled it to the door sills with (unbuttered) popcorn. I will never forget the look on his face when he opened the car door. Classic.

my class (2002) didn't do much...except for me and 15 other guys. we built cinder-brick walls at every entrance of the school so no cars could come in or out. also built one at the front doors to the school. then we poured rotten grass (it was grass clean up week in Surrey) at every entrance to every building of the school so that you couldn't even open the door because there was so much grass (over 200 garbage bags full).

so yeh...it was fun. took a long time to clean up.

Oh yeah last year in College (didn't specify high school or college), some of my buddies stole the campus safety patrol cruiser and drove it across the street. When they got to safety they started calling in to the campus safety office.

(remember this is a Catholic school)

Radio call they made to Campus Safety Office

Buddy: Ummm...Hi, I need to know when confession is..

CSO: Ummm it's 3am in the morning, I'm sure all the priests are asleep..

Buddy: Yeah...well, I did something bad....

    CSO: What'd you do?

Buddy: I stole a car. Listen I really need to go to confession...

CSO: Yeah, well you're probably going to hell so I wouldn't worry about it...

I laughed my a$$ off when I heard this...

Best of all campus safety couldn't fess up to it because the dumb officer left the door open with the keys in the ignition.

this is too funny. it reminds me of our senior skip day and i was president of the the NHS too. how could i not skip? that was just not "cool". anyways, the week after that the school had a PTA meeting and my skipping came up as one of the topics. i wasn't there, but the teacher who ran the NHS was feeling some heat. He just told me he felt uncomfortable and not to worry about it.

    I did.

    Class of '03.

Anyone else notice the basketball banners at the Carlisle Field House? They had banners for every year from like 1958 to 1976, and every year from 1987 to 2003. Nothing from 1977-86. My friends and I always wondered what happened then. We called it the dark ages of Creek Basketball.

Oh, and maybe one of you can answer this question. Why the hell is there no I Building? They had A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and J, but no I Building. I spread a rumor that it was a bomb shelter during the Cold War, which many people actually believed. HA!

our school banned anything the week before our muck up day

so me and my best mates racked our minds and eventually came up with this gem

we went to the fish markets, bought a big pile of fish heads and then put them in all the unused/unlocked lockers all thru the main building, which was a rather large 2 storey building with loads of empty lockers.... of course we did this on a firday afternoon and as it happened it was a long weekend (public holiday on the monday) and rather warm, such that it was a an extremely nasty and strong smell come tuesday morning....

we also on our way let down several teachers car tires and paddocked gates and doors as a distraction

if it wasn't for my aunty who was on the school board apparently we all would have been expelled and would have had to sit our final exams off campus

For our prank, we got copies of the keys to our school, found the combinations to the lockers, and put a balloon with a condom in each locker. We also made a sculpture with empty beer cans that said 91 for class of 91, and put it in the atrium of the school.

Sounds pretty minor, right? Well, holy hell broke loose. Parents were called in, teachers went on and on about how disappointed they were in us violating people's privacy. Our principal went up in front of everybody and said how he was, and I quote, "P.O.'d".

That was the funniest thing - he felt that he couldn't swear in front of everybody but had to say it like that to voice his displeasure.

Personally, I think they were just trying to make us scapegoats to crack down on the Senior Prank in general.

We didn't do a Senior class prank in high school. We were too stoned to get it together.
